Phishing text

I've just received a phishing text. It's pretty unsophisticated "We are unable to process your latest payment..." and gives a URL with a Libyan (!) domain. But the really scary thing is that they have spoofed the VirginMedia Mobile mobile number! Has anyone else come across this?

Well, yes - but how will reporting Virgin Media's mobile number to Ofcom help?

The forwarded phishing text goes to your provider, i.e. Virgin Media, and they can investigate and determine how best to block it from there network.
