Phishing email about Virgin Media Billing

I've received a mail today pretending to be from Virgin Media with the subject "Your latest Virgin Media Bill cannot be processed". The urls and email addresses look dodgy and an attempt to obtain my login details.

I can't see a recent post about this (last obvious one was November 2018) so thought I'd let VM know that this is happening in case they want to take any action.
