got an email, sent from a gmail account:

PRIOR TO VIRGIN MAIL! AGREEMENT

Dear User, 

This is to inform you that your email account has reached an Upgrade stage, Since you are using our old version.

  If you choose not to update your account on or before 15th DECEMBER 2021, Your account will be permanently deleted from our database.

Forward to phishing@virginmedia.com and delete; if during the send process a Spam Content Found warning is shown then Virgin Media are already aware of it and have started to block it.
