I have received a phishing attempt this morning via the genuine Virgin Media SMS/Service number. It looked extremely genuine, apart from the fact that grammar was slightly off. I checked my account and it was working as expected and I obviously didn't click on the link, although the link does look like it seems to lead to virginmedia.com.
Here is a screenshot, in case anyone else has received the same SMS. I have been trying to email your support or phishing team, but was unable to find anywhere on your website to contact you without going through a bucket full of not relevant questions, it would be great if you could implement a "report phishing attempt" button.
