I’ve been trying to set up a password and every time it’s saying cannot use this password at this time! ( even tho it’s saying all the requirements are met!)

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. 

I am sorry to hear of the online account creation issues. Normally clearing cache/cookies fixes this and/or a new browser. 

Please could you try this and let me know how you get on?

I have tried everything, it still says the same thing.
