I have been trying to change my password. No matter what format I use. As soon as I get to 8 strings (letters and numbers only) it says invalid so unsure how to resolve as this happens using numbers and letters, numbers only, letters only. I am not sure if this is potentially a bug

AFAIK password policy dictates it is:

  • between 8 and 64 characters
  • composed of alphanumerical, !, @, #, &, * characters
  • must include at least one letter and numeral character

Can you detail the steps you went through to reach the page where the change of password is failing?
