Password reset.

I'm trying to get a SIM card for my daughter and when I phoned up I was asked for letters from the security question. I tried what I thought it could be but to no avail. How do I go about changing the security question please. I searched the site but I can't find anything or how to contact someone without phoning up.

That would normally require a phone call, however there is a text service that may be able to help. For mobile accounts it is 07533 016422
