Password Change

Hi

I have forgotten my Virgin Media password but cannot change it because the reset code does not arrive in my inbox.

Customer services cannot help me.

TVGo does not recognise my password so unable to sign in.

Can anyone help.

I can see you very recently contacted our team regarding this issue and have an IT ticket raised as a resolution. Our team will aim to get back to you as soon as possible with a resolution.
