Hi, not sure where to put this.

I have turned off safe search/parental controls. It is turned off in the settings in my virgin account. However, it is still blocking sites. Can anyone help?

Try setting the DNS on you device manually, and use Google's DNS servers as a test.  They are 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

If the sites are still blocked, then the fault is not with VM.

I will try when I get home.

The issue is Virgin though, if I try to go onto a site it comes up with the virgin splash page thst states the site is blocked due to the parental controls on, yet when I go into the account the controls are turned off.

Were you able to try a different DNS as per Adduxi (thank you as always)
