Microsoft Outlook is sending my emails but not receiving them. However, I did get this message (below), which I presume is a phishing scam but it does seem a coincidence (I haven't opened the link, obviously). Anyone have any fixes to my problem please?
Your are right, definitely not from Virgin Media; forward to email@example.com and delete; if during the send process a Spam Content Found warning is shown then Virgin Media are already aware of it and have started to block it.
Are you using POP3 or IMAP with Outlook and does it report any errors?
Are you able to sign into webmail?
