I have reviewed similar posts on this forum about Virgin Media blocking websites and found that it usually corresponds to the SSLTrust results.
https://www.ssltrust.co.uk/ssl-tools/website-security-check?domain=www.the-dressingroom.com
As you can see from the above, there are no issues; our website is still blocked, and none of our customers can get onto the website.
We have emailed websafefeedback@virginmedia.co.uk and have not had a response as of yet.
Do you have any advice to help us move this forward and get our website accessible again, please?

If you put the URL into Virus Total
https://www.virustotal.com/gui/home/url
it shows two providers are reporting the site as 'malicious'
You should request unblocking from those providers
Also https://www.blocked.org.uk/
is showing blocking is in place by 'BT-Strict' filtering as well as VM
you should be able to request unblocking via the 'blocked' site
When I have just put the domain name the-dressingroom<dot>com into SSL Trust it comes up with the same two providers as Virus Total
The reporting pages for the two providers for unblocking appear to be
https://answers.webroot.com/Webroot/ukp.aspx?pid=17&app=vw&vw=1&solutionid=522

Hi goslow,
Many thanks for your help. We have submitted the request to the two providers. I hope we can resolve this quickly and get people back on to our website. Do you know how long this would normally take, or is it more of a as and when?

Don't have any personal experience to give you an answer on that, unfortunately.
Sometimes, in topics on here, the OP reports a fast fix (a day or two). In others it takes longer.
When it takes longer, quite often the issue actually lies with the owner of the site not doing something that needs correcting or changing (such as website certificates etc.) so the block stays in place until the site owner fixes a problem.
