I was originally an ntlworld customer which became VM
I changed my VM password today, i did this twice with different passwords as I thought the first hadn't taken it was 10 characters the second was 12 characters, but I now find i can login to VM with both passwords.
My email email@example.com was working as I got a single notification of VM password change, but its no longer working with either VM passwords as above

The password reset link doesn't work it reports I have used incorrect details, which I have not. I can access the VM site log on without any issues other than I can access it using two separate passwords email is through either is visible on VM site
