I am no longer a Virginmedia customer as you do not supply my area and I want to delete an old email address that has been hacked and the password changed

A warm welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for posting.
I'm sorry to hear your mailbox has been hacked. We would usually delete email accounts after 90 days from when you leave us so apologies if this has been missed.
I'm going to drop you a PM now to confirm some details and I'll get it raised an IT ticket raised with our support team so the mailbox can be deleted.
Please keep an eye out for the purple envelope icon in the top right hand corner of your page for my message.

I've raised a ticket with our IT team now and requested for the mailbox to be deleted.
It can take 5 - 7 working days to get a response so as soon as I have any updates, I will follow up with you 🙂
