In the last month have started to receive a lot of spam from an old blueyonder email account I thought had been shut down back in 2013. I had initially set up a rule to forward any email to my new email address. It's been very quiet until recently and I now get at least 2 or 3 spam emails a day. I no longer have access to any Virgin accounts to check or try and close the old account. I expected it to be closed down within a certain time-frame after leaving Virgin. Can anyone help check this and have it closed for me please?
