I had a very old NTL email address which I understand should have been cancelled when I left Virgin some time ago. It wasn't and even though I could not access Virgin to cancel it myself or change any password the Hackers have done so repeatedly. This has has lead to problems with other online accounts, such as Facebook and Instagram where my old ntl email account had still been on their files. Please can someone at Virgin help me and delete this old account before I suffer any more fraudulent activity due to this problem. This is urgent as who ever is using this old email address is being very active at the moment. Thank you.
