We are no longer Virgin customers and assumed the accounts for my family members would have been deleted after 90 days. This is not the case. Please help

Thanks Joe but I have already spoken to a lady in customer services and, after a lot of discussion and waiting, she is going to have the emails deleted and the email addresses deactivated. Thanks for you offer of help.

We're sorry to hear that this has happened, what we can do for you if you would like is delete the emails if you are no longer an active customer with us. What I can do to discuss this would be to give you a quick private message, let me know if you would like me to do this.
