Hi, I’ve received a letter stating that two old blue yonder accounts I haven’t used for many, many years are sending out spam emails. How do I go about deleting these email accounts?

If they are not connected to your current VM broadband account then the Forum Team should be able to arrange this for you.
If they are linked to your current account you can delete them yourself via My Virgin Media, provided it is not the primary address.
