I am receiving a number of letters and emails advising of a malware alert on a device connected to the network.
I have Norton 360 on all laptops, phones etc - having checked none of the devices have any issues. How do I go about identifying which device might have an issue ? I have ring doorbells , hive and a security alarm all connected to the network but I assume none of these will have this issue ?
I have followed all advice on Virgin Media site and still keep getting notifications.
