Ntlworld email hacked cannot access/address changed

Hi

My ntlworld email which I have had for years has been hacked , along with my social media stuff

i cannot gain access to my account. I am no longer a customer of Virgin . I have tried to get on my account t to change my email address and password but am unable to . Please help
