Ntl email hacked

Hello. someone I am sure is in my ntl email account and I need to secure it. 

I cannot find a way in settings to change it?

They keep getting into my ea account and turning off the security and changing the email address on it. 

How do I either secure my ntl account and change the email or worst case close the ntl email please?

Thank you for your post, I am so sorry to hear your NTL account has been having some suspicious activity. If you do not have an active account with us, we would need to remove this, but if you do we can look at getting this sorted for you.
