Not a customer need to email about dangerous cabling

Hi

We don't have an account with Virgin Media but someone in our building has got one and the engineer has left a load of dangerous exposed cables just outside our window, on our property. Can't use online messaging - not a customer - and continuing to wait on hold for hours isn't an option. where can we find customer service email to get someone out to repair this asap - before a  accident happens.

there is no email address. you can still call in with no account number. jsut enter rubbish and it will move on after a few attempts

Hey! Thanks for the suggestion.

We did try calling but obvs didn;t have much luck without a customer number.

Unfortunately now we can't keep waiting on hold, running up our phone bill - we just need to send an email to notify them of the problem and get them to fix it.

Hopefully someone will have an address!

there is no email addresses for virgin media
