No Response to Complaint About ID Theft and Fraud - 8 months and more!

Hi there,

Can anyone offer any advice on this?

My old email was hacked over 18 months ago and has been being used for a variety of illegal activity including attempted ID theft.  This has been raised with Virginmedia numerous times, but they've made literally no attempt to stop it and will not respond to my complaints except by sending letters saying that they've tried to contact me.  They have my address, my email address and my mobile number (also with Virgin) and yet no attempt at contact has actually been made.

I made an official complaint about it in March/April and still no response.

Basically, it would appear that Virginmedia are perfectly happy for emails to be hacked and will allow illegal activity to continue because they've already got my money and clearly don't care about their customers.

Can anone offer any advice on how to actually get to have a conversation with a real person to get the complaint sorted out?
