Hi I have received two text messages one last Friday stating Hi, it’s Virgin Media . Just letting you know that the kit will be with you on Tuesday….. Yodel will send you a message when it’s out for delivery. To view your details….. and then there is a link which I have not clicked .
I have now received a further text saying ‘ great news - the kit should be with you tomorrow…….
This would appear to be a scam as I have not ordered anything. Can you please investigate/confirm what to do. Thank you.

The process you're explaining is standard for new installs.
It sounds like someone else may have given your mobile number in error.

Sorry you are receiving messages regarding an installation.
Would it be possible to send you a private message to take the number and address.
That way we can remove your number and make contact with the correct customer.
If you can check the logo top right of your screen that would be great.
