I have a very old virgin.net email account which I have been unable to access for some time - the Virgin account was with my parents.
My virgin.net account was linked to my gmail many years ago so emails to that old address would still come through.
I had a facebook hack due to my virgin.net email a few years ago, and now have a notification from google that 23 passwords have been leaked in a data security breach. However these are all connected to my old virgin.net address.
I have seen on this forum that it needs to be a ticket to your IT team to fully deactivate the email account - please can I do this?
