Unfortunately there isn't any number in this case, a high percentage of new orders go through this process, this isn't anything personal just a procedure our guys run through. They will contact yourself within 24/48 if they need any extra information. If they don't need it, they won't need to call.
I already knew that the process is meant to involve a team calling you for extra info if needed within 24/48 hours, they never did that the first time I tried buying my Phone NOR THE OTHER DOZEN TIMES.
I just spoke to the sales team and they forwarded me onto another team that was meant to handle the problem, but the answer phone for that team says they are only open Monday to Fridays.
Virgin I'm VERY close to getting a more expense contract elsewhere if it means I can get some decent customer service!
