Hi, any ideas how Netflix's account appeared on my VM account, pushing my bill this month from £32 to £88. My wife got account with Netflix, newer used one in my name, very surprised, to discover that I am paying for one since last two months.

I am slightly confused by unexpected extra cost on your bill due to this though - as it Netflix doesn't cost anywhere near £51, I think the most expensive option for it is £15 per month. Have you been able to view a breakdown of the bill online via your MyVM account?
Here is another thread where someone had a similar problem and it was advised to contact Netflix, although the OP there said it was Virgin who finally sorted it after a complaint. Keep at both of them until it is sorted!
