Re: My website is blocked by VM

Not showing as blocked here

https://www.blocked.org.uk/

which does usually match VM (and other ISP) blocks

Also not showing any issues via a safety checking website.

What error message are you getting during the block can you post the message or screenshot?

Re: My website is blocked by VM

@jacksc5 Just tried to access your site and Malwarebytes blocked it as a compromised site.

From my Malwarebytes log:

"-Website Data-
Category: Compromised
Domain: www.actionf***essnorwich.co.uk
IP Address: 92.***.*.203"

I have added the asterisks above.

You need to check the security of your site and clean it up if necessary.

Re: My website is blocked by VM

@jacksc5 The Malwarebytes block might be a false positive as none of the other online checks I have run on your site are picking up anything.

I can see no evidence that it is being blocked by VM, why do you think VM are blocking the site?  As @goslow says an error message would be helpful.

Re: My website is blocked by VM

Nothing showing at all on this site either when I checked

https://www.ssltrust.co.uk/ssl-tools/website-security-check

which usually flags up something of some kind when VM has a block in place

Re: My website is blocked by VM

Ask them to use the prefix https:// rather than http:// or no prefix and try again.

Hi,

Thanks everyone. Here is a screenshot.

That screen shot is a Chrome issue, it doesn't think the site is using a secure SSL connection.  Nothing to do with VM they don't control Chrome on your PC or the SSL certificate on the web site.  When I access the site via the Opera browser it shows a valid SSL certificate and says the site is secure.

P.S. I removed your duplicate post, you have to be patient and wait for images to be approved by Mods or VIPs.

@goslow I just tried http:// and no prefix and it goes to the secure site for me in Chrome (if I tell Malwarebytes to allow it) so that isn't the issue.
