Hello, our online webstore, where we sell audio recordings and software for music producers has been for some reason blocked by Virgin Media some days back. We are lately receiving a lot of support tickets from our customers as due to the fact that our webstie as well as our licensing servers are being blocked - those users are not able to activate software that they have purchased from our site.
We are therefore receiving a lot of bad / angry reviews for thing that we have no control over. We consider this to be an URGNET request - I've already notified you via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) + a colleague of mine called your support centre today, where he has been told to create an account on this community support page (that's what I just did).
It is sadly affecting quite heavily our business. I would like to ask you for a fast solution.
Our site is free of malicious content and we never experienced such issue before.
Also all of the users that reported issues with registrating our plugins are using Virgin Media. When they switched from Virgin Media connection to something else, they were able to activate the software with no issues.

I am unable to use the link you provided me as it requires registration, which requires Account Number (from a VM bill) and Area reference number - I have none of these since I am not using VM services and I am not UK located. How should I proceed in that case?
