My ntlworld email has been hacked and password changed

My NTLWORLD email account has been hacked and a spam email sent out to all my contacts - with a respond to a hotmail email account..  I can no longer access my emails due to the password which it looks like they have changed.

How can I reset my password?  And gain access to my emails again.
