Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums. 

Sorry to hear you're having this problem - I am having the same when trying to load it from this side. If you drop the team an email to websafefeedback@​virginmedia.co.uk they would be able to look into this for you. But if I could also point you in the direction to another post relating to the same issue which has links in which you you can check to see if there are any errors: https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Security-matters/Re-virgin-media-is-blocking-my-website/td-p/49... if you scroll down you will see the links you can use.

I have contacted norton by:

and this has resolved the issue with norton.
