I have received today an email telling me my password and claiming to have film of me visiting Porn sites etc. Very similar to mails I have seen on threads here from April 2022 and prior.
I tried to log in to change the password but i suspoect the hacker has changed it
Please help

Try following the advice from Graham_A here Re: Secondary email password - Virgin Media Community - 5200830
If the compromised authentication credentials are used elsewhere then do make sure to change them there also and do use a unique password for each one.
