Apparently I have memorable word that I need to use to get to speak to anybody (never given or done one). So I need to have one set up with my account - how do I do this.

@Lynnwallis Sign into your primary My Virgin Media account, select Account Settings> Account details> Telephone secuity details> Memorable word > Edit and enter your new memorable word/phrase
