Is there a way to reset my memorable word/phone password? I get asked over the phone but can't remember!
@Nromij This can now be done via the My Virgin Media online account. Log in with the username and password and then click on Account Settings > Account Details > scroll down to Telephone Security Details > click on edit and enter the new passphrase
