Trying to phone to discuss renewal of package but have forgotten my memorable word. Received this link on my mobile phone www.virginmedia.com/help/package to help but it is not recognised. Is there another way to make contact with a real person?

Telephone agents should be able to ask you alternative security questions relating to your account, bundle and/or payment methods, as a means of verifying your identity.
