Hi, when i joined virgin media (by phone) I never received a welcome pack, therefore I don't know my account details etc to log in online or even speak to someone over the phone as its the first thing it keeps asking. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction to get this info. My bills just gone up and I can't even speak to anyone to sort or cancel it.
