I’m getting really annoyed with the same emails coming through saying that one of my devices has malware (the same one) my security is really strong & when I’ve scanned my devices there is no sign of anything, has anyone else had this & how can I stop them as they are acting as if I haven’t a clue on cyber protection & security, but I have & do my systems are secure & there is not viruses or malware found on any of them. Anyone from Virgin Media can help me with this would be a help
Welcome back to our Community Forums! Thank you for your post and I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy receiving security emails. We understand that some customers like yourself will be more aware of security protocols, however, we have to ensure that our system is sensitive to any possible chance of malware to make the user aware.
If you're confident that you're safe from malware threats, you do not have to do anything with the emails, but carry on with your own checks and tests.
