Lost password

No internet connection on Windows 10 PC.  Windows Network Diagnostics identifies Ethernet does not have a valid IP configuration  Phoned Technical Support but can't find my password so cannot reach them.

How can I reset my password?

Using a chromebook sharing the same hub to post this.

if your chromebook is working the fault is with the windows 10 PC not your internet connection.
VM will not be able to help.

Check your PC network settings and make sure an update hasn't changed the network drives

Thanks, that will help with this problem but I will still need a valid password if (when)I need Virgins help in the future.

Last Windows update was 9th Sept but problem only happened today. Could there be another cause?
