Loose small plastic CATV Cover Trip Hazard

  • There is a loose CATV cover outside my address on the footpath. This is a trip hazard. Please arrange for someone to come and fix ASAP.  Thanks.

Re: Loose small plastic CATV Cover Trip Hazard

Hi iqbalali76,

Thanks for posting on our community forums. With regards to getting the outside cable cover fixed safely back in place, can you clarify if this is the brown box which is situated on the front or side of the house?

Can we ask if you able to upload a picture of this so we can take a look at the cover if possible?

Please let us know of the above so we can assist you further.

Kind regards Jodi

hmmmm the clue [i think[ is the word 'footpath' - omniboxs are on the property wall as you say - the CATV cover is on the pavement and is the access point to the T and duct
