Checked my credit file last week and I saw a Virgin account has been opened and is showing in my file.
I do not have virgin media and never have nor did I open an account so it looks like an account has been opened with my details.
Virgin Media customer service has been poor. Three times I have called to report and explained everything which took a while and every time they say someone will call you back. Five days later no one calls. They won’t give me a reference number or anything to follow up with.
I am hoping there is a direct number I can or who can I contact in virgin media to assist.

Virgin customer services are terrible.
From credit file reply They tell you to call them to report the potential fraud and gave me the telephone number. You call and passed around five different departments all whom keep saying we don’t deal with this.
i even got to someone in the fraud department whom said this is not me I will pass you back to customer services?
Seriously you ask me to call you and then no one will help!
Who to call?
Still no call back from Friday when told 24 hours.
