I am trying to reboot my Router using the Virgin app on my phone, but I keep getting the message “ someone else is logged on - as them to log out and try again”.
i am trying to browse to the router to log into it using the credentials I have but keep getting “ wrong password”
i can’t find anyway of contacting virgin!!!
any help appreciated
That's a known problem with the Connect app. You could try clearing the apps cache, or uninstall and reinstall. The app itself is only really helpful to find wifi blackspots.
At home you can log into your router via a web browser 192.168.0.1
The SSID (WiFi network) and settings password are on the base of your router - a number of people try and input the WiFi password in error.
Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having issues with the connect app. You could also try as well as uninstalling the app and before reinstalling it, a pinhole reset of the hub, which essentially takes the hub back to it's factory settings.
