Log4J, what is virgin doing about this?

I'm aware this can affect routers that use java and that hace external access management

Are Virgin going to be issuing a firmware update to the modems soon?

Re: Log4J, what is virgin doing about this?

No offense but that is such a low effort reply as the link you sent has nothing to do with the post, we as the customers don't host any server and it's any company's duty to look into a possible Log4j vulnerability in their servers and update their firmware, we can't know if VirginMedia use Log4j at all. All we can do is update our firmware and programs that's why OP asked what they're planning to do.
