Hi. I've been locked out of my virgin media emails since last Friday and when I ring up the call centres are next to useless. They say I've put my password in wrong but I haven't. I can log into my account but can not access my inbox. When I logged in at the weekend there were 3 email addresses linked to my account that were nothing to do with me or my household. The security on your site is shocking. You should send a one time access code when something is added to your account. You had better sort this out quickly or I'll be going back to sky.
