Locked email

Joining in

I've received an email from Virgin Media telling me one of my email accounts has been locked. Please could someone from VM get in touch as I know this is my partner's (I am the main account holder). He tried to change his password as he received a hacking email but the password change was not recognised on his phone. This caused the account to be locked. I would be grateful to speak to VM to unlock his account. Many thanks.
