We have been informed about phishing emails that contains the content copied below. They were NOT sent by Virgin Media and should not be responded to. Do NOT visit the link included in the mails or respond.

This might be due to either of the following reasons:

1. Direct debit authorization error.
2. Submitting incorrect Payment information during bill payment process.
3. A recent change in your personal information. (eg: billing address, phone)

Due to this, to ensure that your service has not been interrupted, we request you to confirm and update your billing information today.
