We have been informed about phishing emails that contains the content copied below. They were NOT sent by Virgin Media and should not be responded to. Do NOT visit the link included in the mails or respond

We are contacting you with important information regarding your account. We have been trying to contact you. However, we are unable to reach you.

Our security department have identified some errors while processing your last payment of bill.

This might be due to either of the following reasons:

1. Direct debit authorization failed.
2. A recent change in your personal information. (eg: billing address, phone)
