We have been informed about phishing emails that contains the content copied below. They were NOT sent by Virgin Media and should not be responded to. Do NOT visit the link included in the mails or respond.

Email 1:

Dear Customer,
Sorry, we couldn't process your most recent bill at the moment
Please kindly visit your My Account here and update your payment details

We appreciate your cooperation.

Yours sincerely
The Virgin Media team.

Email 2:

Dear <Email Address>,

Your service is set to be disconnected on: XXth April 2020, due to our payment processor detecting invalid account details.

Just visit My Virgin Media by clicking the button below, and correct your account details.

Email 3:

Dear <Name>,

We're sorry to inform you that your package could not be automatically renewed.

The payment processor has detected that some of the billing details associated with your account has been expired or is missing.

You need to renew your package before it automatic disconnect.

To avoid interruption of your package you need to Sign In Here Now and update your billing details.

Once you have update your billing details ending with XXXX6565 Sort code 09-01-28 then the automatic disconnection will be removed.
