We have been informed about phishing emails that contains the content copied below. They were NOT sent by Virgin Media and should not be responded to. Do NOT visit the link included in the mails or response.

If this is not you please login Your Virgin Media Account Here and update your account, If this is not complete we will be forced to temporarily suspend your account, To make sure your account is not being used for fraudulent purpose.
