I received the email with the pdf link and, as I was expecting my bill, I opened the link. It was only when something looked odd that I checked and it wasn’t from VM. What will happen? What do I need to do?

I have forwarded it to VM but now I’m tea concerned after seeing the report on here, all in red!

How is VM not blocking these the moment they hit the servers? They clearly say Virgin Media at the top!
