We have been informed about phishing emails that contains the content copied below. They were NOT sent by Virgin Media and should not be responded to. Do NOT visit the link included in the mails or respond.

Email 1:

Dear Customer,

Our record indicates that you recently made a request to deactivate email
<Email Address> from our domain And this request will be
processed shortly.

If this request was made accidentally and you have no knowledge of it,
you are advised to cancel the request now

Cancel De-activation

However, if you do not cancel this request, then your account will be de-activated shortly
and all your email data will be lost permanently.

I have received this today 10/05/20 at 04:36 from Virgin Media<info@matizsae.com.py>

Account number is made up and the area number is wrong

Dear your email will appear here,

We want to inform you that your Direct Debit payment failed, due to our payment processor detecting invalid account information.

Your service will be discconect on 12th May.

Just visit your My Virgin Media by clicking the button below, and fill in your most recent information to avoid interruption of your service.

There was a false link here to my virgin media. (never clicked on it)
