We, my wife and I are both dependent on our internet etc, she has received an 'alarming' warning about being cut off because SPAMBOT using our system detecting 'a device which we use' . This is a nightmare situation and so far we have been unable to receive help?
The letter dated 07 Dec has our account number and Virgin Media reference, despite many attempts to sort this out, we are at wits end.!!
